Sales clerk never mention that the black dot items were what was sale till wife was about to purchase items then said they weren't on stall. Yet sale said 30-40-50% off. Wife almost walked out when she was told she had to look through the glass in show case and not directly in front her. We visit Pandora every so often, but may make it even longer or fined another location.

I bought a ring to wear in place of my expensive engagement ring while traveling to a semi-unsafe country. The next day I decided I would rather not wear any jewelry as even a knock off could draw unwanted attention. They were extremely difficult during the return process. Made me jump through hoops and kept pushing store credit which I refused multiple times. Just pushy, overly difficult, and irritating. I don’t have a Pandora where I live or even within 300 miles of where I live so I don’t want store credit. It was extremely frustrating.

I was on a budget due to a Secret Santa exchange when the initial sales clerk continued to advise me about $20 higher, and I reiterated that my gift needed to be in the $75 range. When I didn't budge, she passed me on to another sales clerk. Not one of the sales clerks in the store smiled or acted friendly. The air of arrogance and snubbary was choking. I seriously contemplated returing my gift. Very rude and snobby store. It's Pandora people bit De Beers 👎🏻👎🏻

I went to the store 2 times in one day...both times the sales associates that I dealt with were friendly, helpful and good associates. It was the key holder, Melissa, who ruined my first visit. She was intrusive, annoying, and kept interrupting the sales associate and I who were doing just fine. I couldn't wait until she left! I even told her I was overwhelmed (I meant by her but she didn't take the hint.) When I returned with my grandson an hour later, I checked from the outside of the store so that I could be certain that I could avoid her. Instead of driving sales, she all but drove sales away as I only continued both times due to logistical considerations; I seriously considered leaving all together and will probably not return to that location again; it's not worth the hassle. I have been in retail many years and a manager for a few. This woman needs a better understanding of what customer service is, and what it is not. LISTENING and empowering the staff is where I would begin with her. Minding her own business might be another.

The sales associate, and I believe she was the manager was unhelpful and rude. she acted as if she had better things to do then two help me select an item. If she continues to be the manager of the Saucon Valley store, she will be the stores downfall. This sales associate /manager spent at the most 15 minutes with me, but it felt like an hour, a horrible hour that I will never repeat because I will not be returning to that store.

Sales associates could NOT be bothered waiting on customers. Sales associates offered NO HELP in selection process. Sales associate was practically rude. This was a return for other items. Upon the original purchase my husband experienced the same type of service or in this case NON SERVICE.

Your customer service online and in store is terrible. Nobody knows how to resolve a customer issue. I have gotten the complete run around. For simple issue that could’ve been fixed in store. I will never support any pandora business.
