Was not un satisfied. Just 1) not our most local Pandora store,and there was not any service that was over the top Great like at store 0651lehigh valley where every associate is 100%top of the line

My husband was told that exchanges and returns were hassle free yet when doing so was there for over an hour. We were told that when returning and purchasing other items, we would have to use up the credit before being able to buy sales items that were completely different. For example we returned a gift set with earings in hopes to buy charms for my bracelet. Was told I would have to use my credit to pay full price.

The associate overcharged my credit card by $1,000.00. The manager called the next morning to tell me, was not clear at first and then tried to blame me for not looking at the receipt. I had already corrected the associate when she forgot the deal your running for purchases over one hundred dollars. Honestly shouldn't Pandora do something for me. I've been charged interest till this credit shows on my account.
