The sales representative answered all of my questions.

Even though I did not have the associate that I normally deal with who goes above and beyond, I was still highly satisfied with my service. Always love the selections and new items that come out.

The sales representative was very friendly. She tried very hard to assist us with items we were looking for. My daughter loves horses you did not have any. She made recommendations which were helpful.

Everything that I wanted there was no charm for but there are so many pretty options I found great charms anyways. I think dragonfly’s would sell great. Also more medical ones as I’m not a Rn I am a surgical tech in the operating room.

Bianca was wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for and provided appropriate selections. Also super informative on the different promotions occurring in the store.
