My daughter saw a bracelet online that she wanted, and they had the exact one in the store. Catarina, the sales representative, was very helpful and helped her with the sizing. Then I saw a ring I liked. She sized me for the ring and gave me the information since I could not buy it right then. This was the first time I went to a Pandora store and liked how nicely it was set up.

I asked a question if the store had earring for your daith. They said they don’t specifically carry earrings for the daith but they showed me options that could possibly work. They allowed me to try on so I knew it would work. I ended up buying the earrings where you could stick charms on and I just used the small hoop for my daith. The bigger hoop I ended up buying a chain and making it into a necklace with the Sully charm. Both ladies that were working were so helpful and sweet through it all.

Melissa is always so helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She has great tips on how to store your Pandora jewelry and keep it clean. She is just always a joy to deal with.

I called ahead for the charm I wanted. They put it away for me and I was greated when I arrived at the store.. They were extremely helpful and the transaction was perfect.
