Pandora Jewelry

I wanted a 4 leaf clover charm and bracelet as a gift. I looked at several websites & decided Pandora's charm was what I had in mind. I called the Saucon Valley shop to make sure they had one in stock, as indicated during my online search. I spoke to Beth who confirmed one was available and that she would put it aside as I would be there to pick it up within a couple of hours. Bianca N had the charm ( Beth had alerted the staff that I would be arriving to pick it up. Bianca helped me choose the perfect bracelet for the charm, and she helped me choose a size. I had the bracelet and charm gift wrapped and will be giving it to my friend today. The staff in that store exceeded expectations, and I consider them to be assets to Pandora.

Customer service was nice, process was easy. Sale associate offered to clean the bracelet for free. The store appearance was very clean.

Maya L was the sales associate who was helping me pick out charms for myself she was very patient with me and let me try on multiple charms . Even though I changed my mind multiple times she was very kind to bring out several trays she also gave some feedback which I found helpful and making my decision. Even though that location is a bit out of the way I will return because I was very satisfied with the care I received. Her lunch came and she didn’t hesitate to rush me. Thank you 😊

Sales Associate, Eileen, was welcoming with a smile the minute I entered the store. She was extremely patient with me, while I try to decide which of the 2 sets of jewelry I wanted to purchase. She was knowledgeable about each piece, and I was very happy to see that she was wearing one of my choices. Eileen even remembered me from December 2021 when I took my sisters there to purchase "Sister Bracelet". She was warm and friendly and I loved that. I bought more than I went there for, but it was a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks, Eileen!

The 2 ladies in the store, Keisha and Bianca were very professional. I got to the store late about 20 minutes before closing time, but they took care of me with a smile and attention. Excellent customer service.
