First because I found everything I wanted Second because of the way they treated me it was very pleasant experience

The sales associate Eileen was super knowledgeable and helpful. I usually go into Pandora to just buy a specific item for someone else but this time I brought my own bracelet in because it had broke and I wanted a new one. She not only helped me pick out a new bracelet but went above and beyond to clean my charms and move everything over for me and set up my bracelet even better than before. She recommended other things to add to the bracelet to make it more stable as my previous one lacked these additions. It was awesome having someone who genuinely loves pandora as the company and loves going above and beyond for her customers. This was by far the best customer service I have received visiting any Pandora. Thank you Eileen!
