I had gone to a different location, and they didn't have much of a selection left. I called this location and was told they had the charm I was looking for. They told me they would hold one for me for the following, which they did. The exchange was easy, the staff was super friendly and I ended up buying a ring as well.

Ever since, I purchased a pandora braclet for my wife she loved it so I started purchasing other products in the store.

Person who helped me find what I was looking for. She helped me find a beginner bracket and charms. She was very nice and helpful.

I went to the store in Saucon valley 3 days before Christmas, was greeted with a smile. I knew what I was getting and was immediately helped. In and put within 5 minutes, couldn't be happier!

The sales associate informed me that the charm I went looking for was unavailable. Catarina then pulled out a selection of charms of the same theme and I was able to purchase a similar charm!
