I purchased a charm about a year ago and stones and heart where damaged the ladies looked up my receipt and did an exchange I was personal not expecting that but was so happy o bought another charm and will be back and unfortunately I can't find my receipt that had the names but was at the pandora store in Center valley Pa.

The clerk was very friendly . I can not remember his name. And you had all the things I was looking for.
