when i went to pandora, i walked in just to look around. it was 3 minutes before the store closed and i went on my birthday. i didn’t expect to walk out of the store with anything because it was going to close soon (also i am very indecisive). but at 7:05 (5 minutes after the store closed), i walked out of the store with a beautiful bracelet. i was very happy with this experience. thank you so much pandora!!

I went into the store to purchase a new baby charm. The sales associate listened to my concerns and brought out her suggestions. After further discussion she was able to show an alternative to what I had in mind and ended up buying not only one charm but two.

Kaylee S greeted me upon entering the shop, asked if I was looking for something in particular, I described what I wanted, and she showed me the choices. She made a recommendation which I liked, put them on my bracelet, and I loved it! She recommended I open a Pandora credit card to get 10% off, and filled out everything and I left happy. She explained everything to me.
