Friendly service from standing in line outside to when it was my time in the store. The team member listened to our needs and offered options. When the item my son wanted for his girlfriend was not in stock the team member offered like items.

Everybody was so friendly and everybody knew what they were doing. Which made me very happy you have a bunch of very nice women that work at that store. Merry Christmas and happy new year to all

The store was very clean and well sanitized and obeyed by Covid recommendations. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will revisit this location in the future as I felt safe with Covid concerns. Highly Recommended Please thank the Staff

I chose a product on line, but when I saw it in store I decided that it would not work for me. The clerk gave me another way to style the bracelet but I still didn’t like it. I ended up ordering two of the same bracelets.

Customer Service was great. Salesman’s knowledge & helpfulness were great. Covid Protocol adhered to well.

I came in to look for a Christmas present. I started looking at charm bracelets and saw one I liked. Than I asked about charms, she showed me a good selection. I picked out two, then she asked me if I wanted "locks". I asked what they were? She explained and then showed me. I was impressed, I did not know they existed, so I got two of them also. This will be the best gift I ever got my Granddaughter in a long time. Thank You
