Mya went above and beyond to assist me. I already placed an order online for pick up but had a few more questions. She took her time out to ask questions, and give additional information/suggestions on products in the store. She was personable, friendly and made the process super easy and quick!

Sales girls very helpful and kind

My niece had a wish list at the Pandora in Lehigh Valley Mall and since I was in the store I asked if they could call to get her ring size so I could purchase the ring where I was at so having to travel another 10 miles to get to the store. The associate was very very helpful and got all the necessary information for me to make that purchase in your location

The staff treated me very well, they helped me by cleaning my bracelets and helping me with exchanging some items I purchased online

The manager, Melissa, and sales associate, Mya, were very friendly in helping to assist me with my return. They even offered to clean my bracelets which was amazing customer service. I was extremely happy with the service I received today in store.
