The two sales associates were very friendly and took care of cleaning my jewelry. One was busy cleaning and the other was helping me with sale items i was looking for. I end up finding the item with ease because she knew the item i was talking about.

I had a charm that lost a stone and was only about 2 months old. I took it in with my receipt and they exchanged it with no problems. I also bought a pair of earrings, which I love.
