They are courtesy, I feel safe, they attend me quickly I don’t have to wait, the name of the person than attend me is Eileen, she found my bracelet fast and she help me with the sizes, is my first time I bought and I want come back to the same place for buy more to The Promenade shops at Saucon Valley, I called before to go for exchange my Disney bracelet bought online, because was too small for me and I asked to them and they said yes you can come and exchange, thank you to them for help me.

I had a good time in Pandora, the person who assisted me was very nice and knowledgeable. I thank the person who was helping me because I know I was taking long to make my decision but she was very patient and nice.

This was an online sale basically due to covid 19 but the sales associate called me from a message that I had left at the store and remembered me from a previous visit months ago and I purchased what I wanted

The Sales Associates greated me as I walked in. I had shopped there several times and they recognized me. And the main thing is I had to return a bracelet and wasn’t sure what I wanted and Victoria and Eileen were right there with numerous suggestions. Very pleased wth shopping at that store.
