I love all the displays of new jewelry. I love all the associates because they are so friendly.

The sales associate was helpful. I did not know what I wanted and she gave many great suggestions. She also was up on trends.

I went in knowing automatically what i wanted. I went in an the associate working helped me get what i came for in a timely manner. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable.

I initially went to the Pandora in Lehigh Valley Mall and was extremely dissatisfied. I dealt with a very rude manager and left Pandora very upset. The manager at Lehigh Valley Mall was so rude that I would never recommend another customer to step foot in that Pandora. The sales associates at the promenade were wonderful.

I got what I came for and a matching peice for a price that was half what I was expecting. Very happy with the purchase and the staff was quick and helpful.
