Always friendly, welcoming staff. I needed help with birthday gift and they helped with recommendations. The piece of jewelry I wanted only had one quantity left in left and they did everything possible to find it.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and super friendly. She helped me find exactly the charms I needed and was willing to show me the ones I wanted.

We were the only customers in the store and we walked in about 15 min before they closed. Neither associate rushed us, they took their time and allowed my daughter to try on many rings. We ended up staying 30 min past their normal closing time. Great service!!!!
