The store at Saucon Valley is always neat, clean, plentifully stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. I don't get here often but am always pleased. Wish they were closer to my home.

The bracelet was more beautiful in person versus online. I could use my Birthday coupon. They carried the smallest size to fit my wrist.

I was coming from the Pandora of Lehigh Valley completely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and grumpy people. At The Promenade Shops they are so sweet and so friendly. I was decided to not buy from Pandora anymore, but Victoria (at the Promenade) changed my mind. Thank you Victoria.

Good customer service, friendly associate, nice product

I walked in and was greeted, we were able to figure out my ring size, have a good selection and when there wasn’t a ring that fit my one finger in stock they called another store however i found the same one that fit on a different finger. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I have been to this location before and dealt with Kaylee in the past. This visit, Jessica helped me and did purchase three charms with her. Jessica was very professional and allowed me to take my time looking at the charms I was interested in. I was able to use my past receipt to take 10.00 off and Jessica ran a tally until I reached the goal is using the discount. Great experience.

The sales associates where helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I enjoyed their enthusiasm for the pieces. They helped me find a ring that exceeded my expectations. I love wearing this piece.
