I was looking for charms with birthstones. The two clerks were very knowledgeable and helped me to pick the ones I wanted. I happened to stop in on the last day of your sale and I was very ‘charmed’ by the prices. I have to buy 4 more so I I’ll be back.

My daughter lost a stone in her ring. After locating the purchase of the ring on-line, the ring was replaced. I was able to purchase other items with no problems.

The service received by the associate and the charms were in stock. The speed of checkout. Friendly atmosphere between customers and sales associates.
