Kaylee S. and the other associates were very friendly, helpful and nice. They gave great ideas on wearing the charm on my bracelet, or for a different look, wear it alone on a necklace. I never would have thought about that on my own. Nicely pointed out that if you spend $125 in product, you would receive free heart earings. Very Polite.

No problem in promenade shop store. Experience in Lehigh Valley Mall totally different. I did not buy anything at that store due to sales staff restrictions. I was not allowed to browse in store. Staff made me feel as if I was shoplifter.

Kaylee helped me pick out a beautiful chain and Melissa recommended a small key to use as a pendant. Im not a big fan of keys, but this one was so cute and looks wonderful paired with the Sterling silver chain. They were both knowledgeable and sweet.
