I was in a very big rush to get two birthday presents to a party and I phoned ahead and talk to Becca who graciously helped me pick out my products and have them gift wrapped and ready for me to run in, pay and get to my party on time… I would have not been able to do so if she were not so accommodating… I will be returning to the store and to Becca’s help on the short term!

Jessica is fabulous CSR! She is super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and she made our visit wonderful. She made helpful suggestions for new beads that I love! Every helper in the store was positive, bright, and smiling. What a great experience!

the sales women Sharon W was very helpful in finding earings for me that I saw in the store a few months ago. They were no longer on display but she searched the inventory until she found them for me. She also cleaned my jewerly which is always really appreicated.

When i walk into the Pandora store you are always greeted with a "Hello! and a Smile". The associates let you look around and see what is available. When you are ready for assistance they are always pleasant and willing to help. Sharon was extremely helpful at my visit today.
