Melissa listened to all we had to say and answered all of our questions. She willingly took out products for us to look at and try on and was asking other employees from other stores when products might be available. She was very positive, friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful. She even helped my mom with figuring out what to do with her purchases and was willing to go the extra mile for us.
