I knew what I wanted. I saw the boys bracelet on a tv ad. The sales associate found it quickly and let me try it on. It was a perfect gift for my sister. It was a great experience.

The sales associate was able to locate items I was interested in very quickly. She made excellent suggestions. She did not pressure me into anything I wasn't looking for. Most importantly, she was friendly and helpful!
