Great customer service! From the minute you walk in until you leave. They patiently wait for you to decide what you want. It was the first time in the store for me and I was just admiring everything I seen there. Both ladies were very helpful. Sharon was the first to help then, Melissa came in and cleaned my bracelet and put my new charms on for me. She also told me about the cloth to clean up my charm bracelet. So I decided to get it. Then Sharon came back and finished the transaction. They both were very helpful to me. I appreciate the service that was rendered.

I was shopping for my wife and Sharon W. Went above and beyond to help me. She knows the merchandise very well. She showed me several other ideas for combos and design. I usually go to another Pandora in Lehigh Valley Mall, Whitehall, PA but my last visit was horrible. I have never experienced such rudeness and ignorance and treatment from a Sales Associate from an upscale store. I was going to stop buying Pandora all together. But I stumbled across the Saucon Valley location and Sharon was great. She changed my mind.
