When I walked into the store I receive a friendly greeting. She asked me what I was looking for in-particular. I had Christmas money to spend and also was looking for a gift for a family member. She assisted me with both. I ended up purchasing both a bracelet set and gift and they offered to wrap the gift, which is great. Overall, a very friendly experience.
