I always pay cash. On this experience I was told that if I return my item I will be mailed a check from Pandora. This seems ridiculous to me.

The associate seemed very flustered, possibly new (?). But in addition to that the customer look up system is AWFUL. They asked me for my phone number every time I shop there but they are never able to find me. So then I have to enter my email address which always pulls my info up and there is my phone number. So why doesn’t it find me???? If you’re going to have me give my phone number every time I go in, then fix it so it finds me.

Mahalia was very helpful. She was willing to help me select items. She showed me items that I might be I terested in.

I waited a while but it was busy.

Selection was low but I know that could be from the holiday

Felt a little rushed.

Just aggravated that I ordered my items online for delivery and my order was screwed up. Online customer service were no help, causing me to take time out of my busy day to travel to a store.

The Wi-Fi was not working. This made checking out very slow and it was Black Friday and very crowded

They’re were not a lot of options to pick from (necklace wise). I also felt rushed. The store was very small and I felt clustered.
