The sales associate was very knowledgeable and showed me something that I was looking for.

Well it was a good enviroment but i wishe the lady had told me ahead of time that the different color would be more expensive but she did not warn me of that

The sales clerk left the charm out the bag. I checked and it was not in there I was about to walk out without my charm

This was my first time at pandora. I wanted the free with $325.00 rose gold bracelet, but was told that offer was no long available yet the commercial for it still runs on tv. So I was disappointed about that. I spent over $650. 00 so I think I should have gotten the gold bracelet instead of the silver bangle I got. Other then that the salesman was great!! I love my charms. Thank You

I was satisfied. Clerk was very helpful. I purposely went during the week to avoid the crowd. I wish we did not live in the times we do I would liked to have seen tray on outside of case. The clerk did offer to take each one out one at a time but didn't want to put her through that much work. I would like to see a larger selection of charms ones with color. More dog charms I have cocker spainards.

Sales girl was helpful but blah, not friendly. I wanted a pink flower charm in silver, but had to settle for lavender in silver. Pink flower only in gold.

I love my bracelet and the sales associate was great but I felt like I wanted to see more options and she was not really showing me everything. She asked me what I liked and I wasn’t sure. Just wish I could have seen more trays. Felt like she was holding back and showing me what she liked. I know there are a lot of charms but would have liked to decide on my own
