From the time I walked up to store's entrance, the sales associate that was there was very welcoming and got me assistance immediately. Emma, the sales associate that assisted me, was extremely nice and very professional. She was knowledgeable of the merchandise and was very helpful with helping me choose the merchandise I purchased.

I had to exchange 2 online purchases for 2 in store items and got resized on a bracelet. The sales associate was patient and friendly and smiled. Pandora should emphasize hospitality in stores, it makes for a much better shopping experience!
