My friend and I was had a pleasant experience shopping at Pandora earlier today all thanks to a wonderful, welcoming, patient and friendly employee named Jemmah! My friend and I were looking for friendship rings. Jemmah recommended us a lot of great options to pick from and gave us ideas in which stack rings would look/pair nicely together as well. I really appreciate how patient Jemmah was throughout the whole process especially since I have social anxiety. I was afraid I was being annoying by asking to try on so many different rings in order to find the perfect one. Not once did Jemmah made us feel like a bother but rather gave us an overall highly satisfied experience shopping at Pandora! Thank you again Jemmah!!

This was my first time in the store and the sales associates were very helpful. I had a issue trying to make a purchase online and they informed me that I could do the same thing in store. They very very knowledgeable about what I wanted.

I had to go back to the store the following day because the charm bracelet was too small. I got the help I needed to have it exchanged to the proper size and it was done with absolute ease.
