Great location of a well-lit store. The entire staff was very friendly and professional and seemed to work well together. Very nice selection of items. I went looking for one item I had seen in my email but, upon seeing it, i did not like it after all. However, the sale clerk was able to show me some other options and I purchased one.

When I entered the store with my boyfriend we were greeted by a friendly lady named Emma who helped us throughout the whole process. She was super helpful in showing me how to put on and off the bracelet. She also was super helpful in my sizing of my wrist, selecting charms, and providing great customer service.

Sales associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of charms I was interested in purchasing. Suggested other styles and helped to display on my current bracelet.

We were immediately welcomed into the store and met with a smile and greeting. After we were asked what we were looking for, our associate knew exactly what to suggest and what to show. She and the other associates searched high and low for a specific bracelet style in my size and when they couldn't find it, she showed us another style in case ...which I wound up liking better.
