Went for the Marvel promotion event as I am a huge fan and had a wonderful time. All the staff was wonderful, Fatou was my sales associate and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave excellent service! Lance cleaned my bracelet and made it shine! I love my selections and I’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience. My sister and I decided to purchase some new charms as early birthday gifts to us. We were very excited and needed help from a salespersaon who listened and was very focused as well as patient. Fatou was great!!! She was knowledgeable, patient, and knew the best way to. highlight certain charms.She was easy to work with.

I was highly satisfied because the person helping me find my size was nice and patient. I was in line outside the store for like 5 minutes , fast and easy .

Kayla was awesome!🥰 Even though the store didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she helped me find a substitute I was happy with. I ended up buying 2 bracelets and 11 charms. I had to get the new Marvel collection. The selection of gold charms and bracelets needs to be refilled. There were only a few of both in the store. That could just be a coincidence, but what I really wanted wasn't available in store. Still, I'm happy with my purchase.☺️
