Michelle L. always recognizes me even though I only come to Pennsylvania once a year; Michelle always greets me with a big smile and also always seems to know exactly what would interest me. The store is always clean, bright and well organized.

The service was beyond exceptional. I called to inquire if they had the charms in store that I was looking for and they dis. They actually held them aside for me even though I did not request it. The sales associate that waited on me and her colleague and the store manager were all very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about Pandora merchandise. I was informed about Pandora diamonds as well while I was there. I stayed in the store talking with them all after I made my purchase. They were all AWESOME!!!
