The smile on my granddaughters face said it all. I was very happy with our experience in the store.

The sales associate was very patient with me when deciding what I wanted to purchase. She showed me different options of some things I would like. She also recommended certain charms to me that would go good on my bracelet

This specific shop is one of my "regular" Pandora stores. Always attentive, the staff knows the merchandise well enough to suggest additional options that will go with whatever i am looking for, but they don't 'push' stuff on me. Well-stocked, they usually have whatever i am looking for. Large size friendly! I have boggier fingers, wrists, and neck and have never been made to feel like i can't find something beautiful.

Jaida, the sales associated, was just lovely, and knowledgeable, when answeringmy questions.

Great Service - friendly atmosphere

Went into the store to purchase a pair of earrings for my Granddaughter. They did not have the colors to him that I wanted in stock. Store was very busy. There was a young lady at the counter who was white with long dark hair probably in 20’s. Who told us they did not have what I wanted but she was expecting an order in with the next couple days and hopefully there will be a color that I wanted and that shipment. I called a couple days later and Surly enough the earrings came back in stock. The store healthy earrings for me till the next morning when I would pick them up same girl waited on me. She was very helpful friendly and courteous. The stress of how busy that store was she went out of her way over and beyond to help us I wish I knew her name. The store I was in was the king of Prussia store.
