I went to Pandora at King of Prussia Mall for a pickup order. While visiting the store Lynell was willing to help me look at different charms , one of which I did buy while waiting for my pickup order! I also was able to get my other fingers sized! I do wish yall offered curbside pickup!!!

The customer service was very great. Jessica was very friendly, and so was Camille and she wasn’t even my sales person. They both complimented me & was very knowledgeable about the product. The atmosphere of the store was very great. Luv it, keep up the great work !

I went into the Pandora in KOP with my daughter looking for charms for her new Pandora bracelet. She received it as a highly wanted gift for her 16th birthday. Camille was wonderful and focused her attention to my now 16 year old who was thrilled to learn more about her bracelet and select a special purchase! Camille was wonderful and made my daughters experience very special.

Elondra provided my daughter and myself amazing service. She was highly knowledgeable and really cared about our experience. She went above and beyond a sales person and made it personally perfect. Dana also was very friendly.

I felt like the service was great. The was crowded but the sales associates handled the flow of service very well. Each sales associate was welcoming and professional.
