I needed a charm for my mom. I haven't gotten her one since last year. Pandora made it easy as they provided me a charm I was looking for quick. They were all nice and it made me satisfied for showing up

This was my first time ever and my best friend and I were looking for matching rings. We found the ones we were looking for without and issues but a charm caught my eye with angel wings. I had lost my mother this April and once my best friend explained why I reacted with emotion my sales person found a different charm that was more motherly but for loss. That alone was priceless. The over all experience could have turned really bad but she was kind and didn't push to hard for the sale but rather connected with me to find the best piece for me.
