I originally just wanted to go to get one thing for my charm bracelet but ended up leaving with 3 things and a free gift. The sales presenter Elondra S was wonderful at helping us.

It’s a great environment, the store staff is amazing and welcoming. I got what I wanted in a timely manner. The store was clean and the staff made sure to keep social distance while letting me browse the store.

Jessica was a great help she help me pick out the charms and everything else I got with great speed and communication. I highly recommend That specific location just because of her customer service and patience to help me make the perfect gift for my fiancé birthday

I had a wonderful experience, however I wish they had more items available.

The associate was very kind and made us feel welcomed. It felt as if I was talking to a friend rather than buying at a store and I enjoyed that because it was friendly and we laughed a lot.
