Think I found something in store was not on line. I liked the in store item and store had charms that was not on line.

It was a great overall experience. The store employees ensured areas were cleaned between customers. I was very pleased they were able to clean my bracelet then add my new charm/clips. My only issue was having to wait in line when I returned to pickup my bracelet. Since I am not from the area, I was on a schedule. If the line were longer, I could see that being an issue. There was no line when I arrived, so I didn’t think to take this into consideration for returning to get my bracelet when it was finished being cleaned.

I felt safe and satisfied with my overall experience.

I went into Pandora looking for rings and they are all beautiful! It was so hard to pick which one I wanted, but I will for sure be coming back in to get more so I can stack them! In love with the whole store!

Nice employees clean store

I was promptly waited on upon my arrival; I was asked if I wanted to come into the store for further assistance and shopping or did I want to remain at front kiosk. My exchange was item in stock and it was very quick! The manager was very professional.

Kayla the sales associate was friendly and helpful also professional with her part played in my shopping for this birthday gift for my granddaughter a new trend beginning for all my 5 granddaughters

I was shopping for a gift they did not have what i wanted but i found something else

Camille was great! She was knowledgeable about the items, she recommended a few charms and clips that made my bracelets look even better, and most of all she was kind, polite helpful! She had great style and that always means a lot for me... associates should match Pandora’s look. She was so down to Earth and felt like a friend. Also Xavier made me feel right at home. I love to feel like I’m a valued customer! They really set the tone!
