The Sales team members were very friendly and professional. They very accommodating with resolving my issue.

My sale associates was named Elondra and was truly the most refreshing personal I ever Encountered. Called me by name constantly and pulled each item out with a small story of the jewelry and how I should match it with my bracelet. Really had a great time spending and meeting her. Elonda really make the experience comforting.

The sales associate that helped me was fabulous! Her name was Jessica and she did the her best to ensure that I got what I was looking for. Other sales associates there weren’t so professional, but that’s another story.

Kayla M was so very helpful to me. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Excellent Customer Service from her.

Kayla was awesome her customer service was above and beyond what she was expected to do. My first time making a purchase and will be back at the store to make another purchase.

Prior to the pandemic and during this pandemic, this pandora location has always displayed friendliness and more than satisfactory customer service. I shop at other jewelry stores and I never feel like I'm being sold a car when I come to Pandora.

I have 4 Pandora bracelets and 4 necklaces. I definitely will come back. People are very nice.
