The three customer service representative said I work with was very customer service oriented, very outgoing, and very friendly. Fatima was extremely nice and helpful she assisted Michelle with the purchase. Not sure what Fatima’s title is but I felt she is definitely managerial quality. It was such a pleasure and a great experience. She even took the initiative to get my phone number to call me for sale.

The sales associate knew her merchandise, and was very helpful. Very good experience at the store.

Pandora has always been a go to store for me. they always are so nice and friendly. I have purchased plenty of pieces and they have withheld the test of time. I will always buy from pandora and also, I like whatever store you go to they have different items even some that you can no longer get from your local stores.

Service and knowledge and experience

Everything was great. The customer service was out standing only thing I did show them my bracelet I received and I was recommended a charm for engraving. But once I got home the charm did not fit my bracelet

Sales associate Michelle L was highly knowledgeable and showed me many pieces prior to making my purchase. She was friendly and kind and I will definitely be back again
