Cora was my sales associate and was very helpful and friendly. I was buying a bracelet, and two charms for my sons' girlfriends and she was very patient and offered suggestions with a kind attitude. Her manager (not sure of her name) cleaned my pandora bracelet that was really tarnished without hesitation during a somewhat busy time. I will definitely use this store again. To say I'm impressed with how kind and helpful these two individuals were, is an understatement. We were looking for a giraffe charm and came away with a new bracelet, a Stitch charm and a gold dangling turtle. Well done KOP store. Merry Christmas

Though there was a line to get in, the staff member did engage us to start the precheck process. Once in, the service was exceptional nice and the staff member was very helpful. Once in, we were in and out quickly.

An item was part of set but I only needed the necklace. Sales associate made it happen for me.
