Well when I first got to the store it was a line. A very long line but it went by really fast so I was happy about that. I hate waiting. When I got into the store my experience was awesome. My sales associate really helped me. I love the Pandora store.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different charms that I was inquiring about. She was very patient and professional. It was busy however she did not rush me to make a decision. That’s the customer service I appreciate.♥️
