Customer service was awesome

I wanted to find my girlfriend and her mother the perfect gift and I found it! The sales associate helped me every step of the way and even guided me to finding the perfect charms. I found ones that I had no idea existed and were perfect for each of them. She was extremely friendly and patient throughout the visit. I can’t wait to return and do more business with her and buy more charms for them!

I truly love the products and the customer service. They always greet you with a smile and are very very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I love the welcoming feeling when I enter the store they make me want to spend my money as soon as I walk in.

The associate was knowledgeable and knew what i needed to make the pandora bracelet for my wife the best it could be. She also recommended different charms for the next one i wanted to start

Called to ask an associate to check on several charms, she was very helpful and wasn’t bothered by my many request. When I arrived everything was ready for me. Adam helped me while in the store, he was very helpful and nice. The young lady was there also, she was African American, sorry I can’t remember her name, starts with an A. It was a very nice experience. Thank you all again!
