My sales associate's name was Abby. She was very very nice. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel at all rushed while asking questions. She offered additional information on my purchase along with information about future purchases. I will most definitely return to this store.

Long time desire to have a Pandora bracelet. The associate that helped me greeted me as soon as I crossed the store’s threshold. And was very helpful & knowledgeable to me , the person that did not fully understand building the bracelets. Above all her customer service, personability, patience & pure kindness was top notch.

We didn’t have to wait for someone to help us. She was very nice and patient about finding the right ring size for us. Our visit wasn’t rushed and we feel very happy with our purchases.

I love Pandora items. In fact I own 3 bracelets and my husband adds charms for most holidays. The associates are very helpful and always welcoming.

I enjoy walking in the store to see what’s new. Also, to see a different item that I want to wear. I don’t care for zirconia, but I love sterling silver jewelry and Pandora has a variety to choose from.

I went inside the store to purchase two charms. One of the charms were available and the other was only available online. Adam called me back later that evening to make me aware that the charm I was looking for came in that day’s shipment. Adam going over and beyond his duty grants a highly satisfied experience and employee.
