I needed to exchange a duplicate piece of jewelry and the associate was super helpful and extremely friendly in the process. I was able to simply show her pictures on my phone of the items I was interested in seeing and she knew right away what was in stock and what wasn’t. The whole exchange process took maybe ten minutes.
