A couple reasons why I was satisfied with my Pandora experience, were because it didn’t take long to find what I came for. The customer service was great. The employee, who worked with me on finding my purchased item was kind & generous in helping. Another reason, is I was able to leave in a good mood 🙂.

My sales associate Lauren was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure I got the best gift for my sixteen year old daughter’s birthday gift at a great price. I know this was exceptional because she focused on me and my needs during a very busy Christmas shopping season.

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Even though we had to wait a couple of minutes the manager quickly acknowledged us and we didn’t mind. It was also very fast for us to change the merchandise we needed to change.
