For one, I am always satisfied in the Pandora store. The sales associate, Crystal, was awesome and knew about everything Pandora related. Also, all employees are always very professional.

I called before going into the store, my items were waiting for my upon arrival. All sale associates were friendly & prompt.

I have always had great service at the Pandora in the Mall of LA. I was especially happy with my service this time. The kind sales associate, Bri, went above and beyond to help me exchange one of my favorite rings that had broken. Even on a busy Black Friday, I never felt rushed by any of the sales associates I encountered. I exchanged my ring and wound up buying a charm and two more rings. I would highly recommend this Pandora location!!
