sales associate greeted and helped immediately. knew what I needed once I started describe what I wanted to do. assisted through the entire process and allowed me to make decisions alone instead of constant pestering

The only reason I didn't select highly satisfied is because of the difficulty in finding the location in the mall of Louisiana. Apparently the normal location is being remodeled and the temporary location is all the way on the opposite side of the mall so it was a little difficult to find the store at first. Maybe better signing letting people know you moved. I'm pretty sure the company has missed out on a few customers and sales because of this.

I walked in the store was very clean, a sales associate was available to me as soon as I walked in, and I already knew what I wanted, so it was quick and easy I got in and got out

The store was clean, employees were very helpful and nice. There was a good selection of merchandise. However, at the specific location I was at it was extremely hot which made me want to leave as fast as possible; which had nothing to do with the customer service as I was very satisfied on that end!

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I came into the store to exchange a charm. It took the sales associate a significant amount of time to locate my previous order so I could exchange my charm. Even though I had my original email receipt.
