I was shopping for the charm necklace I saw on a commercial. The original sales associate didn’t know the product I was looking for and told me I was wrong about what I saw. She referred me to a manager who says the product has been selling for months. Turns out the associate was shopping from an outdated book and wasn’t aware of the product line. Maybe she was new but saying a customer doesn’t know what they are talking about is never a good sales tactic.

I was looking for a Jamaica charm. I was looking for an educator charm. I also wanted more options of types of cars etc. It would have been really nice to get a little more product based on how much h I was spending too.

I to the time to do the survey and was not granted a code for it. I purchase a large purchase at pandora online ( 975.00) and could not return it due to I used oay pal. I will not do an order this large of purchase again for fear of possible forfeiting my money.

The sales associate did not seem very familiar with available charms. I was looking for a charm to celebrate empowerment or achievement or something purple. The associate only offered 4 choices, half of which were graduation related. It didn’t seem like she was really listening & trying to understand what I was looking for. She also could have suggested looking through the catalog or available options online. I had intended to purchase 3 charms, but decided against inquiring about options for the last 2 when it became clear she was trying to get a quick decision and move me along. This is not what I am used to from the store I went to. The associates I get are normally very helpful even when I decide against a purchase.
