This was my first experience and you neede more explanation of what needed. Needed spacers did not tell me about clamps to stop sliding so went back questioned and purchased. Ordered bracelet on line no explanation on how to open was defective and shipped another one to me.

the attendant wasn’t very nice as she should be. she just wanted to finish the sale. she didn’t show more options or gave me opportunity to buy anything else. just gave me the earring that I asked to.
