I was advised that the company discontinual the dangling letter and only has slide on letters. Very disappointing. Wanted the dangling letter for my granddaughter, she prefers dangling and shinny. Pray you return the discontinual merchandise. Sincerely

I went to another store where the staff were more friendly and tried everything in order to make me highly satisfied. This store had the same things but I did not get the same feeling of welcomeness. Other than going above and beyond, the staff was still very nice.

The store was quite and personable. The associate was not very pushy almost to the point of not seeming interested. I really wish the mother daughter charms would allow u to buy a single when u have more than one daughter.

The sale lady only wanted to show me regular price items. She didn't want to share the sale items.

Availability of merchandise was slim. I had been looking for certain items for 6 months and have never been able to purchase it from the store. I was pleased with my sale selections.

My experience was fine overall. There was just a limited amount of the merchandise, which was understandable because of the sale. The store was well organized and neat considering all the busyness that was going on.

They had their sale going on and had the sale book out and I chose what I wanted and pretty much everything I chose they were sold out of. I had to keep going back and looking for a different thing because the associate said it was sold out. I understand you can’t do anything if about it being sold out but I think it would be wise to mark it out of the book if it isnt available anymore.

Most items I was looking for was not in...

I bought a bracelet with couple charms in rose gold/silver. Only couple days later, the silver charm start tarnishing. I bought it to the store and after polishing, it looked shinier but still has black marks/cuffs on it.
