Many charms were not available. With the huge sale, I feel the stock of charms should be huge, especially since I visited the store on day 1 of the sale.

It was not clear what items that were a part of the Valentines Promotion could be purchased as individual pieces if I did not want to by the set. For example I wanted a bangle and gift set had two including earrings and a beautiful red charm but I didn't want the charm. Rather than tell me you can choose a charm and also the bangle but it does not come in a set, I had to ask further questions, which I think should have been explained to me. Also it appeared that two different customers were given certain perks that I was not such as a pouch for the bracelet and an additional coupon with the purchase (not the one for the survey).

I was so glad to see that Pandora is starting to accommodate young girls and Disney. Always happy with my perches from Pandora.

It was good, they took care of everything.

I thought I selected highly satisfied

This was during the Christmas rush and the store was extremely busy. The wait for an associate was an hour after signing in. The store was too hot and crowded.
