Amazon sells cheaper Pandora brand name charms. I was expecting an experience at the shop but the saleswoman seemed annoyed and bothered by our visit. My family came all over from Switzerland for my 50th birthday and wanted to treat me with Pandora bracelet and charms but the saleswoman was not enthusiastic at all nor did she try to offer ideas on the charms or else. Will buy fro Amazon from now on.

No hablo mucho inglés y la persona que me atendió, su comportamiento fue muy arrogante y nada agradable para atender, compré lo que yo quería porque no me quería mostrar parte de los productos. Al lado mío tenía una persona y a ella si la trataba bien, no se si fue por cómo estaba vestida porque salía rápido del trabajo para comprar lo que quería o porque no hablaba mucho inglés pero si fue desagradable la experiencia.

The sales representative was helpful, but when she went to her manager she displayed unprofessional behavior. It was Mother's Day, close to the close of business. I wanted my charm engraved on front and back. She said something rude that made the customers closest to her look at me with a bothered look and you could see rudeness all over her face and body language. Ultimately she told the rep to only engrave one side. Disappointed. This was my second time experiencing rudeness in this store. I will order online if I ever purchase from Pandora again.

the overall experience was okay , the person helping me was able to locate everything i asked for immediately but she also had a slight attitude and was not very polite. as if she was just ready to go or something. Yes I did shop nearing closing hours but the store was still technically opened so you should still be willing to work and assist people

In late May early June I had a problem with Amy. I made a complaint. Someone contacted me and I thought the issue was resolved. They told me that from here on out that I could just ask for the General Manager when I want to shop at Mall of Louisiana Pandora. Yesterday 8/5/2020 I did just that. He showed me what I was looking for and cashed me out then he chewed me out. He went in to say I was extreme in my complaint and that Amy isn’t like that. He told me that they were very upset about my complaint and that I was wrong about Amy and that none of his staff was like that. That’s they cried about it. I’m sorry but how do you think I felt when the situation happened. You don’t think I went home and cried after all that’s going on in the world today and having to experience that. Nope her didn’t care all he never once apologized he only kept telling me I was wrong. I was not expecting that. I will never go back to Pandora in the mall of Louisiana. I was not expecting a General Manager to come at me that way. I would have never went back if Corporate wouldn’t have suggested it.

I went in to get a bracelet repaired, there were three clerks standing around, One clerk was helping a customer. I stood there for 5 minutes neither one of the three standing around talking personal stuff acknowledged me. I had to walk over to them and asked if I can get my bracelet fixed. Then the three of them looked at each other and said "Oh I thought she was helped" One of the three turns out was a manager. But the girl who finally helped me was nice after they acknowledged me. I wasn't looking around I was just standing in the middle of the store waiting for someone to call me over to the counter, so there's no way for them to mistake that I wasn't ready.

I completed a online purchase, I was not aware that the order would cancel after 3 days. After discovering the store had moved outside the mall. When I walked in the store there was 4 associates. One sitting and three standing. One immediately walks outside stating Im going outside to eat my lunch and the other two standing go to the back of the store. The one sitting doesn’t move she states to the two that went to the back so you all are going to leave me.One returns, barely greeting me begins to assist me. She informs me she cannot find my order due to it being canceled! She doesn’t ask what I ordered. She just asked if I wanted to make an in store purchase and I did. None of the associates were friendly and I was very disappointed with the customer service.
